Colorfulness of masks, sounds, wishes and customs...all that makes Carnival parade in Pleternica every year in February. February is time of fetch, masking and fun. It is time when we can become someone who we want to be. For that purpose is established organization called „Pleternički Ćoraci“, and name „Ćoraci“ means carnival. Legend says that with burning „ćoraka“ destorys all evil in people to welcome upcoming holiday Easter.
